Deposits (FD/RD/Savings): All deposit schemes are governed by the interest rates, lock-in periods, and maturity terms defined by the Board of Directors in accordance with Nidhi Rules, 2014.
Loans (Gold/Property/Deposit): All loans are granted subject to the valuation of collateral, income verification, and execution of the necessary loan agreements. The company reserves the right to approve or reject any loan application at its sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities & KYC

To become a member and maintain your account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Promptly update us regarding any changes to your address, phone number, or identification documents.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account details and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Regulatory Compliance

FASTPAYING INDIA NIDHI LIMITED is regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). We also adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) concerning Nidhi companies. In the event of any conflict between these terms and statutory regulations, the statutory regulations shall prevail.
